Book of thanks and congratulations opened

Following the announcement of the abdication of Her Majesty the Queen and the succession to the throne of His Royal Highness the Prince of Orangeon 30 April 2013, a book of thanks and congratulations was opened today at www.koninklijkhuis.nl.
When he succeeds his mother, the Prince of Orange will become King Willem-Alexander. Princess Máxima will become Queen Máxima.
Anyone wishing to thank the Queen or congratulate the Prince and Princess can leave a message in the book of thanks and congratulations. A selection of the messages will be published at www.koninklijkhuis.nl.
