The Aviation Affairs Bureau of the Transport Department coordinates all flights by members of the Royal House and Royal Household. This includes scheduled flights, charter flights and flights with the government plane (PH-GOV), as well as flights in aircraft or helicopters of the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
Cutting carbon emissions
Carbon emissions are offset for all flights on PH-GOV through Dutch airline KLM’s CO₂ Impact Programme. This applies to both journeys made by members of the government and those made by members of the Royal House.
